Attributes Success to Its 237 Percent Revenue Growth
AURORA, Colo.- (Oct. 13, 2003) - Advanced Circuits, the only quick-turn printed circuit board manufacturer with easy, real-time customer service, has been named to Deloitte & Touche's prestigious Technology Fast 50 Program for Colorado, a ranking of the 50 fastest-growing technology companies in the area by Deloitte & Touche LLP, one of the nation's leading professional services firms.
Rankings are based on the percentage of growth in fiscal year revenues over five years, from 1998-2002.
Advanced Circuits' CEO Ron Huston credits the company's focus on high-quality, quick-turn printed circuit boards with the company's 237 percent revenue growth from 1998-2002. "This has been a great period of growth for Advanced Circuits," said Huston. "While the need for quick-turn PCBs is great, our customers have responded even more to the online ordering and design evaluation service we provide. We're a partner in our customers' success and have focused our business solely on that."
Advanced Circuits' increase in revenues of 237 percent from 1998 to 2002 resulted in a 22nd place ranking overall in the Fast 50 for Colorado. The average increase in revenues among companies who made the Fast 50 for this region was 527 percent.
To qualify for the Technology Fast 50, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 1998 and $1,000,000 in 2002; must be public or private companies headquartered in North America; and be a "technology company," defined as owning proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues (using other companies' technology in a unique way does not qualify), and/or devoting a significant proportion of revenues to research and development of technology.
Winners of the 20 regional Technology Fast 50 programs in the United States and Canada are automatically entered in the Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500 program, which ranks North America's top 500 fastest-growing technology companies.
