First: Turn off "Friendly HTTP Error Messages". This will allow detailed error messages to be displayed and provide a potential course of action.

  1. The error message. Please copy the error screen and send with your response or give us the line number of the problem.


NOTE: If you are using Internet Explorer, please change the following setting in I.E. so that any error messages will include the line number (if you have not already done so). You can do this by clicking Tools -> Internet Options -> ADVANCED tab -> scroll down a little and UNCHECK "Show friendly HTTP error messages.". Next time you have a problem this will give a line number of the error which you could send us, and with this we can pinpoint your issue.
