401 (k) Retirement Plan
Employees are eligible to contribute after twelve months of employment. Advanced Circuits will match 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% that an employee contributes for a total of 5% matching. All full-time employees are 100% vested at the time they are eligible to enroll.
